Alexandra Aragão is a legal scientist and environmental writer at the University of Coimbra.
She believes that law can change the world. 50 years after Stockholm, she believes that the imperative to change the world is increasingly undeniable and urgent. As a researcher and ecologist, she fights for intergenerational responsibility and uses legal imagination as a weapon, which she believes should be put at the service of necessary and imperative transformations. One of these is the recognition of the climate as a heritage of humankind.
